Join us at the showcase on Sunday 31st August (11am – 3pm) – attendance is required to be eligible
The winner will be announced on Tuesday 2nd September

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to couples aged 18 or over who are planning a wedding in August 2026.
Entrants must complete the online entry form in full by Friday 30th August 2025 at 11:59pm to be eligible.
This offer is not valid for couples who have already booked a wedding at Stoke by Nayland Resort.

2. Entry Requirements

Entries must include: full name, contact email, preferred wedding date in August 2026, and a short description of your wedding vision.
Only one entry per couple is permitted.

3. Showcase Attendance

To remain eligible, entrants must attend the Tipi Wedding & Events Showcase at Stoke by Nayland Resort on Sunday 31st August 2025 between 11am and 3pm.
Attendance will be verified at the event check-in.
Only those who have entered online and are marked as present at the event will be entered into the final draw.

4. The Prize

One winning couple will receive 50% off the tipi wedding venue hire fee at Stoke by Nayland Resort for an available date in August 2026.
The discount applies only to venue hire for our Big Hat Tipis and does not cover food, drink, accommodation, or any other wedding services.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner will be selected at random from eligible attendees and announced on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone.

6. General

By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Stoke by Nayland Resort in relation to their entry and future wedding offers.
Stoke by Nayland Resort reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Entry constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
