Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in the restorative power of sound.
Choose between gently floating on the pool or reclining on a comfortable poolside lounger. Close your eyes, soften your breath, and allow the wave-like vibrations of large gongs to create a peaceful space to relax and unwind.

- Floating Sound Bath - £39.00 per person
- Poolside Sound Bath on Lounger - £25.00 per person
- Add one hour of spa facility use - £10.00 per person
Event schedule:
- Sound bath with spa facility use: Arrive at 18:30, facility access is 19:00 - 20:00
- Sound bath only: Arrive at 19:30
- Sound bath: 20:00 - 21:00
- Departure: 21:30
Important information:
For the floating sound bath, beds are provided, with assistance available to help you on and off the water. Please bring a pillow and blanket; towels are provided. Comfortable clothing and flip-flops are recommended, and we suggest bringing a change of clothes in case of light splashing.
Please bring swimwear if you have booked spa facility use.
