To help support our team through all stages of life, we have a network of trained Mental Health First Aiders there to help those needing extra support, advice and understanding.

Through apprenticeships and accredited training courses, our team has the opportunity to earn qualifications whilst they work, enabling them to progress their careers whilst being supported by the business, earning valuable experience as they learn.

We currently have a range of team members studying apprenticeships across the Resort, including Level 2 Golf Greenkeeper, Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Department Manager courses.
