Chef de Partie

Stoke by Nayland Resort is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs. We have three dining outlets, including the Lakes Restaurant and casual Sports Bar, and are also a popular destination for weddings and events, all serviced through our two kitchens.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time
• You will show a willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Follow set company SOPs to deliver a consistent and high standard of food
• Be flexible in the areas in which you are required to work
• Be punctual and respectful
• Be capable of running a section and willing to learn from experienced chefs
• Be an established Chef de Partie, or a talented Demi Chef de Partie looking to take a step up
• Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
• Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
