A Charity Inspired Food Feast!

We’re delighted to be hosting A Passion To Inspire once again this year, bringing together some of the top chefs in the region along with young, talented catering students. They’ll be working to craft and deliver a delicious 7-course menu while raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity.

  • Bread - Alan Paton
  • Starter - Chris Lee, Lee Copper
  • Fish - Mark Poynton. Adam Smith
  • Main - Matt Wilby, Steve Groves
  • Dessert - Russell Bateman, Eric Snaith
  • Petit Fours - Layla Beaumont

Tickets are £50.00 per person, or £450.00 for a table of ten. Parents and Guardians of the students taking part get a reduced rate of £35.00pp.
