Suffolk Mind Living with Relationship Loss - Breakfast Event

Relationship loss, through separation, divorce or bereavement, can be a difficult and emotional experience for many people. Suffolk Mind and Mid and North East Essex Mind are working together to deliver this event, held here at Stoke by Nayland Resort, to help professionals build confidence and practical skills to support people during times of relationship loss.
The morning will include breakfast and time to connect with others, along with expert insight, lived-experience perspectives, a practical framework for supportive conversations, and a legal viewpoint.
