From just Ā£114.50 pppn*, enjoy a relaxing overnight hotel stay, delicious 2-course dinner or Ā£29.50 allocation in our Lakes Restaurant**, a 2-hour adult-only poolside session with a reserved lounger and robe***, and a leisurely full English breakfast the following morning.

As part of your break, you can also enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre indoor pool and poolside facilities. To use our pool & spa facilities between 10am & 6pm, you can book a free adult 2-hour poolside session per night of your stay. A 2-course set menu is included for dinner in this break. Alternatively, guests can use their Ā£29.50 dinner allocation toward their final bill for dinner in our Lakes Restaurant. Menu items are priced separately in the Lakes Restaurant. Please find a sample menu here.

As a part of your break, you can also enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre indoor pool and poolside facilities. To use our pool & spa facilities between 10am & 6pm, adult guests can book a free 2-hour session per night of your stay. Your session includes a lounger, robe and towels and must be booked in advance of your stay. No booking is required outside of these times. Please check our Pool PolicyĀ here for information on restricted childrenās swimming times and our lounger policy. To book your 2-hour session, simply book your session when you purchase your break online.
We can provide an activity fact sheet for you to use to explore the surrounding area, with places of interest and local attractions to keep you occupied for hours during your stay. Please visit our local attractions page for inspiration for things to see and do.
Complimentary walking maps are also available upon request at Reception to help you make the most of the beautiful fresh country air in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Things to see and doIf you’d love to spend the day relaxing by the pool, we would recommend booking one of our stress-free Spa Days (these are subject to availability). We have a fabulous range to choose from! It is recommended that these are purchased in advance due to high demand.
You could also treat yourself to a pampering spa treatment during your stay. Check out the wide selection of treatments available to book online hereĀ or add to your booking at checkout.
Golf reservations can be made online and are not included in this offer (please note that visitor’s tee times can be booked a maximum of 4 days in advance).
