Terms & Conditions
*From £470.00 per person for three nights, arriving on Christmas Eve. Price is based on two adults sharing a Club Double or Twin room. This break is available from the 24th of December (check-in from 3pm) to the 27th of December (checkout at 11am) 2024. A £100 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is taken per person at the time of your booking, with the remaining balance due before 1st November 2024. Subject to availability.

Your Christmas stay includes mulled wine and festive entertainment on Christmas Eve, breakfast and dinner each day, Christmas Day lunch, and festive entertainment throughout your stay. The celebrations continue with our Boxing Day evening dinner event, featuring live entertainment.

Christmas Eve, 24th December
3:00pm: Arrive for check-in as we welcome you with tea and coffee on arrival
4:00pm – 6:00pm: The festivities begin with mulled wine and festive treats in the Lounge, with entertainment from singer Dionne Clarke
6:00pm – 9:00pm: Dinner is served in the Lakes Restaurant
Christmas Day, 25th December
7:30am – 10:30am: Start Christmas Day the right way with breakfast and Buck’s Fizz!
12:30pm – 3:30pm: Feast on your delicious Christmas Lunch in the Devora Suite
3:00pm – 3:15pm: Join us in Bill’s to watch the King’s Speech
4:30pm – 5:30pm: Test your knowledge with our SbN Christmas Day Quiz in the Lounge
5:30pm – 7:00pm: Prepare to be amazed by magician Chris Flemming, performing magic at your table
6:00pm – 9:00pm: Our Christmas Buffet is served in the Lakes Restaurant
Boxing Day, 26th December
7:30am – 10:30am: Tuck into breakfast in the Lakes Restaurant
From 11:00am: Take a scenic walk around the grounds with our Managing Director, Matt Manning
12:30pm – 3:00pm: If you are joining us for Boxing Day lunch*, head over to the Constable Rooms (*not included in the Christmas Break package)
From 1:00pm: Snuggle up in the Lounge and play a selection of board games
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Get your dabbers at the ready for Boxing Day Bingo
7:00pm: It’s party time! Arrive in the Devora Suite and enjoy entertainment from singer Hayley Gold
From 7:30pm: Your Boxing Day dinner is served, before dancing the night away to live DJ entertainment
27th December
7:30am – 10:30am: Wrap up your Christmas Break with a delicious breakfast in the Lakes Restaurant
Pool access & opening hours
During your break, you can enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre indoor pool and poolside facilities. To use the pool and poolside facilities between 10am & 6pm, you can book a free 2-hour poolside session. Your session includes a lounger, robe and towels and must be booked in advance of your stay. No booking is required outside of these times. Your 2-hour session can be booked online at checkout, or by calling our Reservations team on 01206 262836.
