Autumn Signature Treatment - Comfort Zone Tranquillity Pro Sleep Ritual
Inspired by ancient Ayurvedic and Indonesian Sea Malay techniques, this deeply relaxing ritual is designed to calm the mind, soothe the senses, and restore inner balance. Combining gentle massage techniques with the use of soft brushes and Tranquillity™ signature Essential Oil Blend, the experience works in harmony with your sensorial pathways to encourage a profound state of relaxation and wellbeing. Ideal for easing tension, quietening the mind, and promoting a peaceful sense of calm, leaving you feeling restored and deeply relaxed.

Please note: Our Signature Spa Day is updated four times a year to bring you a seasonally-inspired experience, therefore the treatment included in your spa day may differ from the treatment stated at the time of booking.
All of our Spa Days incur a £15.00pp supplement for Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Pool policy and terms and conditions apply.
Our pool hosts Aqua classes on Mondays from 12:45 to 13:30 and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 12:50. During these times, access to the pool will be limited.
