Terms & Conditions

All spa packages are paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.

Should your booking require cancellation, we will provide an option to reschedule your spa day and rebook on an alternative date, when this request is made a minimum of 14 days prior to your visit.

The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking will be retained.

In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Your spa experience is between 9:30 and 17:00*.

Available seven days a week, a £15 per person supplement applies for weekend and bank holiday bookings.

Treatment times are subject to change (where applicable), however, we will endeavour to notify you in advance of your day.

*Excluding Twilight Spa and Half Day Spa Escapes

Your Twilight Spa Experience is between 17:30 and 21:30. 

If you would like to book treatments, we highly recommend that these be booked before your visit.

Your Half Day Spa Escape is between 9:30 and 14:30.
