Complimentary Access for Hotel Guests
Free adult swim sessions*. Adult hotel guests have complimentary access to our pool and spa facilities, 7 days a week before 10 am and after 6 pm. Poolside loungers are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests do not need to book in advance for free swim sessions. Children’s swim times apply. Please check the children’s swim time section below for terms of use.
Guests wishing to use the pool and spa facilities between 10 am and 6 pm are able to book a 2-hour adult pool session, complete with a reserved lounger, robe, and towels, at no cost. Please see read our terms of use below. These can be booked online in advance during the booking process.

PLEASE NOTE: 2-hour sessions must be booked in advance. One 2-hour session can be booked per room per night of your stay.

6:00pm – 8:00pm

Terms and Conditions of bookable pool sessions:
Flip Flops can be purchased at Peake Reception for £2.50 per pair.

Children’s Swimming Times
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
During the Suffolk and Essex state school holidays, Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
There is no need to book between the above times, but children must vacate the leisure facilities no later than 9:15 am
Please note: There will be no lifeguard in attendance on the poolside. We have strict child supervision policies in place, which are detailed below.
Child Supervision Policy
• One adult to every child under the age of 5 years
• One adult to every two children aged 6-8
• No adult can supervise more than three children at any one time
• All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Children of nappy-wearing age are required to wear a waterproof nappy
Please note:
• Children’s Swimming is only permitted for hotel and lodge residents.
• Clean towels will be provided and can be taken back to the rooms if required
• No floats or swimming equipment will be available for hire
• Access to the hot tub is only permitted for children over 16 yrs of age
Due to the depth of our swimming pool, there will be no lifeguard in attendance on the poolside.
