Whether your child is already a budding golfer or looking to try out a new hobby – whatever their age our PGA professionals have developed a range of Junior Coaching programmes and activities to help encourage youngsters to get into golf!
In all of our junior programmes our coaching team aim to establish great technique and provide each student with a sound base to grow into a complete player through each stage of the Get Started, Learn More and Play More certificates.
Young golfers who take part in our programme will be trained in all facets of the modern game including chipping, putting and course etiquette, as well as learning about irons and woods. Join us for a Saturday Coaching session throughout the year or try our camps taking place throughout school holidays.
We run our junior golf programme on a term time schedule (with no golf from the end of December to February half term) on Saturdays and will also be providing school holidays sessions.
Get Started and Learn More (4-8 years)

These sessions are aimed at beginners and younger golfers and use games based learning methods to introduce the sport. Covering the fundamentals of all areas of the game.
3pm – 4:30pm
These sessions run for developing golfers from beginners to junior members developing their techniques and skills with the introduction of golf rules etiquette and on course playing.
School Holiday Coaching

Golf Multi Sports Half Day
The Multi Sport Camps will encourage non-golfing juniors to take an interest in golf by using the concept of other popular sports such as Foot Golf to introduce golf.
These activities will take place on the driving range, putting green, short game area and the 4-hole area. Parents will have the option of either morning or afternoon time slots of activities.
Full Day Camps are designed for 9-14 year olds.
Half Day Camps designed for 5-8 year olds.
Our camp programs are designed to create interest and further development in beginner and intermediate golfers. The camps run for 6 or 3 hours of total instruction. Strong emphasis is placed on the fundamentals—stance, grip, posture, full swing, rules and etiquette. As the day unfolds, campers receive quality short-game instruction and by the end, each Stoke by Nayland junior golfer will see improvement in his or her golf game!
