Becky
Personal Trainer
Becky didn’t always intend on being a Personal Trainer, in fact, before lockdown, she taught PE at her local school. Through her love and passion for the gym, Becky knuckled down and used her Furlough time to gain her Level 2 and 3 personal training qualifications so she could pursue a career in fitness.
Dedicated and motivated in her own fitness, Becky’s energy shines through in her classes. Becky is a dedicated runner and has taken part in many fundraising events, raising money for charities such as Run for Dementia and Cancer Research.
When Becky is not at the gym, you’ll find her playing for the Sudbury Ladies Hockey Team where she has been named player of the year. Her dedication and drive helped the team win every game during the 2019/2020 season, securing them a place in Division 3 Northeast Ladies.
So, if you’re looking for someone to motivate you and push you to reach your own personal goal, Becky’s enthusiasm and knowledge will help you succeed!
Louis
Personal Trainer
I can honestly say the main reason I still do what I do after 6+ years of personal training is down to the 'feel-good-factor'.
Getting that text message from a client, ecstatic because they’ve just hit their fitness or weight loss goal, or that they’ve even just managed to fit into an old pair of jeans that’s been collecting dust for the last few years, is an amazing feeling.
I take great pride in helping others reach their fitness goals in the simplest way possible!
I’m not here to confuse you with a thousand different exercises and recipes. I’m here to guide you in the right direction and give a slight nudge if see if you are drifting off course.
My own fitness journey started back in 2012. That's when I first fell in love with strength and condition training and the science behind it all.
I was part of an athletics club in Chelmsford and was fond of running because I was good at it. I steered well clear from any form of weight training because I was terrible at it.
As soon as my coach had me doing regular strength training sessions to help with my running, my love for it grew. It is still growing 8 years later! I found my fitness passion and take great pride in helping others to find theirs too!

With five years of personal training experience, Matt has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their goals and go beyond what they originally thought possible.
Gym-based training helped Matt get through his uninspiring college course and now, doing the job he loves, he wants to pass his knowledge and expertise on to you.

Ellena
Personal Trainer
I've been in the fitness industry for just over 5 years now and I've never looked back.
I fell in love with the gym when I lost just over 15kg and felt like the best version of myself.
I then went on to become a competitive bodybuilder. I enjoy helping my clients reach goals they never thought they could reach and push boundaries they never knew they had. Being a part of my clients' fitness journeys and seeing the happiness results brings them is one of the reasons I love my job. I will push you to become the best version of yourself and teach you to love the journey along the way.
