Empowerment To Holistic Wellbeing

We are launching an autumn series of three stand alone yet interconnected wellbeing days run by specialists in the areas of nutrition, wellbeing and of the human energy field.

Join us for a day of healthy detox and unique energy treatments. No matter what your age, gender, prior experience, you will have to opportunity to relax, unwind and allow yourself to discover the true you in ways you had probably never imagined. You will also learn about the self-healing potential of your own body, experience your own energy field and its potential and receive professional advice as to your own individual holistic health and wellbeing.

The day will be structured with group demonstrations, individual therapies, free activities and questions and answer sessions.

Freshly squeezed organic fruit and vegetable juice will be freely available during breaks. Use of the swimming pool and spa facilities will be free for Stoke by Nayland Peake Spa & Peake Fitness members.
