Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to work in our restaurant serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The successful applicant will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly personality. You will be experienced in a restaurant environment and be able to work in a team and individually.
This position requires someone who is enthusiastic and who has a passion for a fast-paced restaurant. Duties will involve leading a team, requiring a confident leader with positive experience dealing with customer complaints.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Excellent communication with the Kitchen Team
- Organising and training staff at all levels
- Developing and maintaining standards
- Daily operational communication to all relevant departments
- Food service staff briefings with the Kitchen Team, station allocations and wine & drinks staff
Qualifications or desired skills:
- Supervisor experience
- High attention to detail, leading your team to deliver exceptional standards
- Good knowledge of contemporary food & wine
- Have excellent organisational skills with clear, distinct briefing and delegation skills
- The ability to deliver a 5* experience to all guests
- A strong motivator and team leader

Additional information:
As part of the Food & Beverage Team, you will be expected to work five days from seven, including weekends and early shifts, though mainly lunch and dinner service
