Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to work in our restaurant serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The successful applicant will need to be customer focused, with a friendly personality. You will be experienced in a restaurant environment and be able to work in a team and individually.

This position requires someone who is enthusiastic and who thrives in working in a fast pace environment. Duties will involve leading a team and will require a confident leader who has experience resolving customer complaints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Excellent communication with the kitchen team
• Organising and training staff at all levels
• Developing and maintaining standards
• Daily operational communication to all relevant departments
• Food service briefs with the kitchen team and drinks staff, as well as station allocations

• Supervisor experience
• High attention to detail, leading your team to deliver exceptional standards
• Good knowledge of contemporary food & wine
• Have excellent organisational skills with clear, distinct briefing and delegation skills
• The ability to deliver a 5* experience to all guests
• A strong motivator and team leader

Additional Information

• As part of the Food & Beverage Team, you will be expected to work five days from seven, including weekends and early shifts, though mainly lunch and dinner service.
