We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy and professional kitchen environment, supporting our chefs and front of house teams in delivering an excellent guest experience.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency of the kitchen operation. You will ensure crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas are maintained to a high standard while supporting the wider kitchen team.

Staff accommodation available. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Washing and turning around crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation duties when required
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock movement
  • Separating and disposing of waste correctly
  • Minimising breakages and reporting damaged equipment
  • Following all Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH, allergen, and Health & Safety procedures
  • Working closely with kitchen and front of house teams to support service standards
  • Completing cleaning schedules, checklists, and handovers

  • Previous kitchen porter experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
