Stoke by Nayland Resort is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its team of talented chefs. We have a growing number of dining outlets, including; the Lakes a la carte restaurant, the Orchard Bar & Lounge, the Sports Bar, our Peake bistro, as well as also being a ‘go-to’ destination for weddings and events.

Person specification:

  • Demonstrate a desire to deliver fantastic food every time
  • A passion for fresh ingredients and flavours
  • A willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills. We want a chef who wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
  • Be punctual and respectful – you’re not precious – we leave our egos at the door and we all help to get jobs done
  • You’ll be an established Chef de Partie, or a talented demi chef de partie looking to take a step up, but be capable of running a section with a willingness to learn from experienced chefs
  • Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus
  • Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills
