This Group of Incredible Chefs Is Coming Together to Create a Feast in Support of Teenage Cancer Trust

Tickets are now on sale for Passion to Inspire a special dinner to be held at the our Hotel on Tuesday 17th April 2018.

The very best local chefs are coming to the Stoke by Nayland Hotel to put on a special dinner in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust and we couldn’t be more excited!

The charity dinner is being led by an amazing organisation called Passion to Inspire, who work tirelessly to bring young and aspiring chefs-to-be into the hospitality and catering world and give them a peek into what it takes to be a top chef.

Our Executive Head Chef, Alan Paton will work along some of the big names in the local area to create a feast for the sense. On the team is Nick Claxton Webb from the Weeping Willow, James Carn from the Angel in Bury St Edmunds, Chris Lee from the Bildeston Crown and Mark Poynton from Alimentum in Cambridge. Plus, some national award winning chefs will also be joining in, including Adam Smith, Executive Chef from the Michelin starred Coworth Park, Russell Bateman, Head Chef at Colette and Craft Guild’s of Chefs Chef of the Year 2012 as well as the MasterChef Champion in 2009 Steve Groves who is now head chef at Roux, central London.

It is truly wonderful and quite terrifying to have such a high calibre of chefs in my kitchen! I know every guest is going to have a truly wonderful dining experience. Alan Paton, Executive Head Chef at SbN

Helping to prepare the 7-course tasting menu will be a number of students from colleges around the country. With all this talent, diners are guaranteed to be thoroughly spoilt by the dishes on offer.

Tickets cost just £50 for the full meal and all the money raised through on the night will go directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust. All the chefs, supporting staff, and local food producers are offering their services for free!
