We promise that when you book your hotel room, golf break, spa break or lodge break directly with us you will always get the lowest price available online.

If you find a cheaper price anywhere, we will match it and give you a complimentary room upgrade for your stay!

We’ll match the price you’ve found, plus we’ll upgrade your room as an added bonus!

Best Price Guarantee T&Cs

In order to qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, the following conditions need to be met:

1. The cheaper rates must apply to the same dates, number of guests, room type and package inclusions

2. Prices must be in GBP and include taxes and fees

3. The booking must be subject to the same booking conditions and cancellation policy

4. The rate must be available publicly and not part of any services where you are required to sign up to get access, or as part of a negotiated, contracted or group rates

5. The rate must be available to book at the time of verification by our team

6. The cheaper rate must be found within 48 hours of making your booking, and a claim submitted to [email protected]

7. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to rooms on provisional hold

8. The claim cannot be submitted within 48 hours of your check in

9. Complimentary upgrade is subject to availability, and cannot be transferred to another stay

10. If the rate you have booked is prepaid, we will refund the difference as resort credit to be used during your stay.
