Treat yourself to the ultimate pampering experience, unwinding in an oasis of serenity in our tranquil countryside spa on the Essex/Suffolk border.
On arrival at Peake Spa you will be welcomed with a refreshment ritual, setting the tone for a relaxing day. Complimentary use of robes, towels, and flip-flops is included in your Spa Day, as well as full access to our poolside facilities where a reserved spa lounger will be waiting for you.
Savour a delicious afternoon tea or a one-course lunch, accompanied by a glass of prosecco in our Spa Bistro. Have fun applying mud masks in your 45-minute Rasul Mud Therapy Experience and take your pick of a 55-minute massage treatment, both designed to rejuvenate your mind and body.
After your day in the spa, enjoy a restful overnight stay in one of our comfy Club rooms. With a full English breakfast included in the morning, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and pampered.

A specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are massaged into your tension areas to help relax and soothe any aching muscles.

Quiet your mind, soothe tension, and nourish your skin with this holistic, restorative experience for the body. Carefully chosen aromatherapy blends soothe and comfort, whilst natural ingredients alleviate muscle pressure, soothe busy minds, and evoke profound relaxation.

Using an aromatherapy oil, our therapeutic full-body massage will work on tension areas to help you unwind and de-stress, leaving you deeply relaxed.
Duration: 55 minutes
Self-application treatment with a range of muds to detox, nourish and exfoliate the skin. After applying the mud, sit back on heated mosaic chairs in our steam room to open the pores. Then exfoliate away with our Watermelon & Yuzu Scrub in the waterfall shower and finish with our Fig & Vanilla body lotion.
Please note: We would recommend wearing dark-coloured or old swimwear for your Rasul experience due to the natural colouring in the mud’s ingredients.

The spa day elements of your spa break take place on the day of your arrival at the Resort unless stated otherwise, with a 9:30am arrival. Check-in to your hotel room is from 3pm. Treatment times are allocated after your booking has been confirmed, as they are based on a live diary with our Spa Therapists. Please speak to our Reservations Team if you require the spa day element on the day of your departure. Please note, if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your spa break will be subject to an upgrade fee.
