Relaxing poolside on a specially reserved lounger with robes, towels and flip-flops, whilst awaiting a Rasul Mud Therapy Experience for two people and a File & Polish for fingers or toes! Enjoy a chilled glass of Prosecco and an Afternoon Tea, and simply lay back and relax.

The Rasul is a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual for two to four people at a time, making this a unique and fun experience to share with friends or as a couple. The treatment starts with the self-application of different coloured mineral muds, for all different areas of the body, all with different degrees of exfoliation. The colours are influenced by the mineral content and are completely natural.
Once the mud is applied, you relax with your friends on heated mosaic ‘chairs’ in the exotic Rasul Suite whilst the room gently fills with herbal steam. As you perspire the mud’s natural ingredients absorb the toxins from the body to aid the detoxifying and exfoliating process. A choice of different salt and oil scrubs are also provided for you to apply over the muds on selected areas. The ceremony closes with a tropical rain shower from the star-lit ceiling to wash away the mud, leaving you with the silkiest skin imaginable.
Please note: We would like to recommend wearing dark coloured or old swimwear for your Rasul experience due to the natural colouring in the mud’s ingredients.
The spa day elements of your spa break take place on the day of your arrival at the Resort unless stated otherwise, with a 9:30 am arrival. Check-in to your hotel room is from 3 pm. Treatment times are allocated after your booking has been confirmed as they are based on a live diary with our Spa Therapists. Please speak to our Reservations Team if you require the spa day element on the day of your departure. Please note, if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your spa break will be subject to an upgrade fee.
Our spa facilities include an 18-metre heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sanarium, Steam room and concept shower. Plus, we’ll reserve a lounger for you to sit back and relax on during your Spa Break.
