Alex Farmer

Level 3 PT

Alex firmly believes that fitness should be a fun and enjoyable experience and as a result, clients should look forward to their sessions with him. With over 7 years’ experience and a wide range of clients, Alex focuses on providing a structured, tailor-made fitness programme, ensuring that all of his clients are left smiling at the end of each session.

Christopher Harding

Level 3 PT

Christopher originally qualified as a Graphic Designer before his interest in Health and Fitness led him to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. He has a keen interest in helping people achieve their personal goals and enjoys teaching Spinn and kettlebell classes as well a building member interaction.

Chloe Harper

Level 3 PT

Chloe's ethos as a trainer is to build up her client’s confidence and puts emphasis on their overall health and wellbeing. She has competed in fitness competitions and shows so understands the correct methods for weight loss and toning but through diet and exercise and feels each training session should still be specific, achievable and most of all enjoyable.

Josh Cheetham

Level 3 PT

As a semi-professional football player Josh has a strong sporting background and has used this experience and drive to transition into a personal trainer. He is interested in muscle and joint performance so his programmes help target muscle weakness and improve joint strength as well as providing advice and support to his clients.

Joff Anselmi

Level 3 PT

Joff has always been involved in different styles of fitness, including high-level football and taking part in endurance races. He takes what he has learned about endurance and the psychology behind it to keep training sessions fun, engaging and results orientated.

Reece Cant

Level 3 PT | Level 3 Sport Coaching

Reece has a passion for strength and conditioning training and believes in progressing his clients to their full potential through periodization programing. He also focuses on functional training techniques and exercises to develop and improve the body’s natural planes of movement with resistance. This winning combination of fitness principals has delivered fantastic results to his clients.
