Win a Tipi Wedding at Stoke by Nayland: Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is: Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
• This competition is running on the Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa Facebook page and on Stoke by Nayland’s dedicated wedding Instagram account (@sbn_wedding_venue)
• Closing date for entry will be Friday 26th February 2021 at 11:59pm. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted
• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Like and follow the Stoke by Nayland Facebook page OR follow the @sbn_wedding_venue Instagram account. Like the competition post. Nominate and tag someone who you think deserves the chance to win the tipi wedding venue in the comments. Bonus entry for sharing the post on either Facebook or Instagram.
• Multiple entries will be accepted. These will need to be in separate comments
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
• The prize is as follows: Venue hire only of the big hat tipis at Stoke by Nayland. Catering and accommodation is not included
• The prize must be taken inbetween June and September 2021, and booked on any available Monday to Thursday. The prize can be upgraded for a weekend date for a cost of £2,000. If the booked date cannot go ahead, we can postpone to an alternative Monday - Thursday in 2022. No weekends or Fridays will be available in 2022.
• The maximum capacity of the tipi wedding venue is 100 day guests and 150 evening guests
• The winner must not already have a wedding booked with Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
• The promoter Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa, will select a name at random conducted as measured and recorded and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
• The winner will be notified on social media in the comments and announced on Facebook and Instagram stories on Monday 1st March 2021 . If the winner(/s) cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
