COVID has had an unprecedented impact on the hotel and hospitality industry.
We would like to show our commitment to you, our customers and give you peace of mind in times of uncertainty.
We have created the COVID promise to inform you about how bookings are taken, paid for and rescheduled amongst Government regulations.

- Applies to bookings made more than 7 days from date of arrival where Government restrictions mean that the hotel has had to close
- Cancellation must be made in writing and received 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date
- Full refund if the Resort is closed due to Government COVID restrictions
- Resort credit of 10%* is applied to rescheduled hotel bookings to the amount of the monies retained at the time the hotel need to move your booking. Additional supplements may apply your break is transferred to another season
- Vouchers will be extended by the duration of time that the Resort is closed. Additional supplements may apply your voucher is transferred to another season

The COVID promise applies to Spa bookings, Golf bookings, Hotel & Lodge Bookings, Meeting, Weddings & Event bookings
*Resort credit is excluded from use in the Pippin Golf and Resort Shop purchases.
