Spa Operations Manager

Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa is looking for a Spa Operations Manager to join their team.

Peake Spa is a fast-paced exciting environment where the Spa Operations Manager will be encouraged to develop commercial and operational skills. This role would suit an existing experienced treatment manager or senior therapist looking to advance their career. We work with leading suppliers such as Decléor, Neom, CACI, Crystal Clear, Mii Makeup, and OPI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• · Guest experience to a 5* standard
• · Achieve monthly sales targets
• · Current and future departmental business delivery
• · Promotion of our highest profitable treatments and products
• · Leading and Developing a large spa therapist team
• · Carry out 5* treatments to guests
• · Departmental HR
• · Communication with the Spa team and Hotel colleagues.
• · Follow Company policy for all Health and Safety issues and report any concerns
• · Complete the required Health and Safety training required by the Company.

Job Responsibilities –

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Managing the Spa diary and ensuring that all space is utilised effectively thus achieving maximum occupancy
• To achieve targets set on contacting new and previous business
• To achieve sales targets for the number of spa days/breaks in order to contribute to achieving budget
• Commissions – To ensure all areas of the business are adequately covered alongside keeping wage costs in line with budget

Additional Information – As part of the Spa Team you will be expected to work varying shifts including weekends. This role offers an excellent employee benefits package including 28 days of holiday on a pro-rata basis.
