Delivering Service Excellence

We are looking for Restaurant staff to join our Two Rosette Award Winning team on a Full or Part time basis.

Live-in available

Working as part of the Food & Beverage Team, and reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor / Manager. The successful candidate will work to support the team in delivery flawless service in the 2 rosette, Lakes Restaurant. Knowledge of service, seasonal ingredients and wine is a plus, although ongoing training is provided.

Being the showcase Restaurant in a Golf, Hotel Resort we serve a multitude of guests from romantic breaks to golf groups, hence an understanding of busy restaurant operations is a must.

This is a hands on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in learning new skills and being organised. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage professionals who is looking to develop their role as part our internal development and succession program.

What You’ll Get Up To

The successful candidate will be responsible for…

  • Hosting all aspects of service
  • Identifying the needs of the guests
  • Knowing peak times and being ready in this busy environment
  • Developing and maintaining standards
  • Cash handling, working the tills and shift cashing up
  • Short & long term planning in conjunction with the Restaurant Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will…

  • Food and Beverage experience in a vibrant busy environment
  • Good knowledge of wine, beers, sprits, ales & barista preferable to W.S.E.T. level 2 or equivalent, although training will be given for the right candidate
  • Experience working with a POS & FOH system
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • A great bubbly personality with the desire to develop one’s self

Additional Information

Dependent on the hours you are looking for, as part of the Food & Beverage Team you will be expected to work to suit the business, including weekends, Early, Middle and Late Shifts.

Alternative number of days worked for part time, can be discussed based on the individual’s needs.

This role offers a competitive salary as well as additional employee benefits. When applying please also give details of present salary and salary expectations.

Due to location own transport is essential.
