Assistant Leisure Manager

Peake Fitness is a state-of-the-art gym and wellness centre providing a first-class service to its members, located within the prestigious Stoke by Nayland Resort.

Peake Fitness is looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Leisure Manager to assist the Leisure Manager with the day-to-day operation of the Leisure Club. The successful candidate will require competence and experience in the management of shifts along with Pool Plant Operations, emergency pool response and delivering fitness based activates such as gym inductions, program reviews and classes as part of the fitness team.

In addition to the above you will also have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in people management
• Great communication skills
• Experience of following health and safety requirements within a facility and raising any concerns
• Experience of providing good customer service

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
