We're looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join the award winning brigade of chefs within our kitchen. We're looking for an individual with experience in 2 AA Rosette dining along with banqueting experience. We also cater for our busy specialist Afternoon Teas. Bread making knowledge would be a bonus, but can be trained in house if not.

Lakes Restaurant Staff - Full and Part Time
We are looking for waiting staff to work for our 2 AA Rosette Lakes Restaurant and bar staff to work for our adjacent Lounge Bar (part of our AA 4-star hotel). Applicants will ideally have previous restaurant or bar experience from a Rosette grade restaurant or restaurant of similar standing. The restaurant role will involve providing fine dining table service, cleaning down tables and maintaining excellent customer service at all times. The bar role will involve providing table service in a busy bar and maintaining excellent customer service.
Experienced Bar and Waiting Staff - Full and Part Time

We are looking for a part-time waiter to join our morning team in the restaurant, with a view to going full time. A customer service background would be ideal. Applicants should be outgoing and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
