“Training”can be carried out in many different forms such as: cardio, resistance, core stability work, functional training, flexibility & mobility training and many more. Variety is endless with a personal trainer on board.
Not only is there variety in the training you can do you have a choice of trainers. All our personal trainers have specialist areas of interest and train people in their own style, so to help you to decide who would be best for you take a look at our Personal Training Notice Board located within the gymnasium or better still have a chat to them.
