Lakes Restaurant

The hotel’s newly-refurbished Lakes Restaurant is open to the public, members and hotel guests - commanding superb views over the lake and 18th greens of both championship golf courses, the "Gainsborough" and "Constable". The restaurant opens out onto the south terrace which in the summer provides an idyllic area for al fresco dining, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, a barbeque, or simply the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent panoramic scenery.

Our Executive Head Chef and his team pride themselves in creating exquisite dishes from around the world, using fresh ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.

The Stoke by Nayland Hotel enjoys a long-established reputation for its excellent cuisine, whether catering for large corporate functions, weddings, golf days, intimate private dinners or even the specialist requirements of Premiership football teams.

Confirming its place as one of the region's best restaurants the Lakes Restaurant was recently awarded an AA Rosette and Head Chef, Alan Paton, secured a place in the final of Chef of The Year awards. The delicious, highly-praised menu created for the award is now available in the restaurant.
